Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Okee for iPhone and the website okee.app, run by Offline Technologies, Inc. ("Okee," "we," "us"). By using Okee, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Okee

  • An adult 18 or older creates the family.
  • Kids 6 to 17 join when an adult in their family adds them. That adult agrees to these Terms on the kid's behalf and confirms they're the kid's parent or legal guardian.
  • Before a kid under 13 can use Okee, a parent gives consent by email, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You sign in with Apple. You're responsible for activity on your account, for giving accurate information, and for telling us right away about any unauthorized access.

2. What Okee does

Okee helps families build healthier screen time habits. Each person picks the apps that distract them and sets a daily goal, and staying under goals builds personal and family streaks, badges and rewards. Okee uses Apple's Screen Time tools, which can pause apps tied to a goal. Because Okee works within Apple's limits, we can't promise that every app use is tracked or paused. We may change, pause or stop any part of Okee at any time.

3. Rewards

Parents choose the rewards their family can earn. Rewards can't be exchanged with Okee for cash. Gift cards are issued by third parties and follow their own terms. We may change which rewards are available.

4. Rules

You agree not to:

  • Break any law or anyone's rights, including intellectual property rights.
  • Upload harmful code or try to access our systems without permission.
  • Harass or harm other users.
  • Use Okee for commercial purposes without our consent.
  • Create multiple accounts or use scripts or other tricks to manipulate goals, streaks or rewards.
  • Get around, disable or interfere with Okee's goals or tracking.
  • Reverse engineer or copy any part of Okee.

5. Parents

Okee helps with digital wellness. It isn't a substitute for parental supervision, and responsibility for your child's well-being stays with you.

6. Our content

Okee, including its software, design, text, graphics and logos, belongs to Offline Technologies, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use Okee for your family. You can't copy, modify, distribute or build on it.

7. Purchases

Okee is free to download. If you buy a subscription in Okee, Apple bills it through your App Store account. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, in your App Store account settings. Apple handles refunds. Deleting your Okee account doesn't cancel a subscription.

8. Disclaimers

OKEE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DON'T PROMISE THAT OKEE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT IT WILL TRACK OR PAUSE EVERY APP.

Okee isn't a medical device or mental health service, and nothing in it is medical or psychological advice.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, OFFLINE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. ISN'T LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES FROM YOUR USE OF OKEE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WON'T EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to cover Offline Technologies, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees and agents for claims, losses and costs (including legal fees) that come from your use of Okee or your breaking these Terms.

11. Ending your account

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these Terms, is used for fraud or illegal activity, or is inactive for a long time. You can delete your account at any time in Okee: open Help & support and tap Delete account. You can also email privacy@okee.app.

12. Disputes

Any dispute about these Terms or Okee will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You give up the right to take part in a class action or class arbitration. Either of us can still bring a claim in small claims court.

13. Governing law

Colorado law governs these Terms, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

14. Apple

These Terms are between you and Okee, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Okee, its content, its maintenance or support, or any claims about it, including product claims, legal or regulatory claims, and intellectual property claims. If Okee fails to meet a warranty, you can tell Apple, and Apple may refund the price you paid; Apple has no other warranty obligation. You must follow any third-party terms that apply when you use Okee. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and can enforce them against you.

15. Changes to these Terms

If we make a meaningful change, we'll tell you by email or in Okee before it takes effect. If you don't agree, stop using Okee.

16. Severability

If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
